Shipping
Shipping is based on order weight, package type, destination, and the selected service before payment.
Final shipping cost appears in the cart and checkout summary before you place your order.
All cards ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. US shipping only at this time. Every card is shipped penny sleeved and in a top loader — no exceptions.
Processing times
Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking (when applicable) once your order ships.
Returns & refunds
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible for return: Cards that arrive damaged, cards that don't match the listed condition, or wrong cards sent.
Not eligible: Cards you changed your mind about, cards removed from packaging or top loaders, or cards where the listing condition was accurately described.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned card. Buyer pays return shipping unless the error was ours.
Privacy policy
We collect account details, order details, shipping information, payment status, and site activity needed to run accounts, carts, checkout, order history, and collection features.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Master Set Builder does not store full card numbers or bank details on our servers.
We use information to fulfill orders, support accounts, improve the site, prevent abuse, calculate shipping and tax, and contact customers about their orders.
We do not sell customer personal information. We share only what is needed with service providers such as payment, shipping, email, hosting, analytics, and security tools.
