The quick version: we pack carefully, show shipping costs before payment, and handle order issues plainly and fairly.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated from order weight, package type, destination, and the service you pick — the final cost appears in the cart and checkout summary before you place your order.
We currently ship to US addresses, including APO/FPO and US territories.
US shipping only at this time.
Processing times
Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking (when applicable) once your order ships.
Returns & refunds
Cards that arrive damaged, cards that don't match the listed condition, or wrong cards sent.
Cards you changed your mind about, cards altered after delivery, or cards where the listing condition was accurately described.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned card. Buyer pays return shipping unless the error was ours.
Privacy policy
Account details, order details, shipping information, payment status, and the site activity needed to run accounts, carts, checkout, order history, and collection features.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Master Set Builder never stores full card numbers or bank details on our servers.
To fulfill orders, support accounts, improve the site, prevent abuse, calculate shipping and tax, and contact customers about their orders.
We do not sell customer personal information. We share only what is needed with service providers such as payment, shipping, email, hosting, analytics, and security tools.
Browser storage may be used to keep you signed in, remember cart and display preferences, and make pages load faster. You can clear browser data at any time, but some site features may reset.
